Seat Pleasant Police Department
The Seat Pleasant Police Department has served the community from its long-standing site for decades. As the department has outgrown its existing trailer-based facilities, MW Studios was engaged to lead a feasibility study that balances the need to maintain current operations while planning for a permanent, future-ready station.
The proposed design provides expanded space to support both current operations and future departmental growth. Key features include a multipurpose training and community room designed to serve the department, regional partners, and the public. A welcoming front plaza creates an open, safe, and inviting environment for residents, while the building’s layout thoughtfully separates public access from secure operational zones, enhancing both usability and safety for all users.
