WHO WE ARE

MW Studios is a full-service architectural design firm that focuses on designing community-centric facilities, such as police and fire stations, libraries, schools, and community centers – the very fabric of our communities. For more than 20 years, the firm and its leadership have been directly responsible for successfully designing many projects that enhance and uplift the way we live, learn, and serve within our communities.

Principal Architects Robert Manns, AIA and David Woodward, AIA established MW Studios with a strict focus on providing personalized and meaningful design services to clients tasked with specific missions of strengthening and reinforcing our communities. Today, our team of more than 30 design professionals remains dedicated to personal collaboration with our clients to provide innovative and meaningful solutions that meet their specific needs and respond to the context of their community and budget.

The design of public safety facilities such as Fire Stations, Police Stations, and Emergency Management Facilities stand as a unique qualification for MW Studios. The firm has established itself as an expert and recognized leader in designing mission-critical and public safety facilities. Having designed more than 7 million square feet of mission-critical facilities in over 20 states, we possess a solid understanding of the spatial relationships, operational standards, and unique challenges associated with developing these essential facilities. Our public safety studio teams are a highly trained group of talented design professionals, including project managers, architects, GIS analysts, and retired fire and law enforcement experts. With more than 300 projects and 20 years of service, we know what it takes to bring a public safety facilities, we are experienced in working with clients from across the country and teaming with other design professionals.
