Studio Culture

Our team operates from a collaborative office environment in Baltimore, Maryland. We are conveniently located just minutes from Interstate 95. Our studio houses the industry’s cutting-edge technology such as state of the art workstations, Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, large format scanners, 3D printers, and laser plotters.

Our virtual reality suite is an integral part of our design process. We are organized to facilitate collaborative and interactive experiences for all project stakeholders.

Our small size and investment in technology ensure that the principal staff is directly involved in all aspects of the design process, making sure every project gets the skilled and affordable attention it deserves.

We encourage the discussion and banter that comes with an open studio environment. Everyone has the chance to be heard and give their input. Regular crit and pin-up sessions are as common as our extracurricular activities that range from happy hour axe-throwing to paintball to multi-day hikes.
