Anne Arundel County Northern District Police Department
MW Studios was selected to design a new district police station to replace the existing facility for Anne Arundel County PD’s Northern District. This project aims to provide the county with an up-to-date facility that provides the department with the space and technology it requires to continue serving the surrounding community for decades to come.
Located on the same site as the existing station, the new building is designed to house administrative personnel, district patrol units, investigations units, P.A.C.T., drone units, amenities for department personnel, and a community room that is equipped with the necessary space to host community events, warming nights, and press conferences on a regular basis. The existing site that Northern District Station currently sits within shall be developed to better house both public parking and secure parking within its boundaries.
