Oakland Volunteer Fire Department
The Oakland Volunteer Fire Department partnered with MW Studios to design a new facility located at the corner of MD-135 and B Street. The project includes two separate PEMB (pre-engineered metal building) structures: a modern fire station and a community hall.
Together, the buildings create a shared campus that meets the department’s operational needs while also serving as a community gathering space. Metal-clad siding and cost-efficient construction strategies helped keep the project within budget, ensuring both function and flexibility without sacrificing long-term value.
