Mt. Airy Police Department
MW Studios was selected to perform a comprehensive master planning assessment for a new permanent police station for the town of Mount Airy. The first phase of the project included the programming efforts to determine how large the new station would need to be, followed by selecting a site that would suit the station for years to come. The plan was able to determine the appropriate size of the station to allow for future growth of the station and additional law enforcement personnel. The program consists of public space, common areas, administration space, an operations area, evidence processing & storage, sally port, and fitness area.
