Anne Arundel County Emergency Management Center
This new facility will house Anne Arundel County’s 911 Call Center and Emergency Operations Center. Located on a 96-acre site, the project will occupy approximately 33 acres and is targeting LEED Silver certification. Construction is planned in two phases: Phase I includes site grading, utility installation, and a voluntary cleanup program (VCP) to address contaminated soils from the site’s former landfill use. Phase II will focus on building construction, final paving, landscaping, and remaining VCP efforts.
