The existing station is 20 years old and approaching the need for HVAC repairs. An existing condition assessment was performed to review the existing MEP system and compliance with NFPA, Life Safety, and ADA accessibility. Following the existing conditions assessment, MWS reviewed the current use and function of the building with the client to establish a program to improve their current process and conditions.
