Chester County 911 Call Center
The Chester County 911 Call Center is a 3,160 SF interior fit-out to an existing single story safety training facility for Chester County public safety. The space was designed to house high-tech security equipment required to effectively train 911 operators and also serve as a back-up call center for the County. This training center houses eighteen state-of-the-art consoles, including: 7 call takers, 5 police dispatchers 4 fire/EMS, a supervisor station and a SCOPE station for FBI. The fit-out included three training instructor offices, a conference room, and an extensive IT operating room. LCD display television monitors were strategically placed within the fit-out to include necessary hook-ups for training and 911 incoming call activity. The fit-out is secured with card control access ensuring only authorized personnel may enter the training room.
