Ocean Pines Volunteer Fire Department
The feasibility portion of the project consisted of an evaluation of the existing station and site. Meeting with the station to understand their current use and the need to establish a concept program. Taking those findings in the study and programming exercise to provide a concept that maintained the existing bays and provided an addition of two stories to provide the program to address the station’s current and future needs. A bay addition provided the station room for growth to address the anticipated apparatus on the current site of 1.34 acres.
