Havre de Grace Cultural Center
In early 2021, the city of Havre De Grace engaged MW Studios to perform a comprehensive master plan and feasibility study to convert the city’s existing high school auditorium and gymnasium complex into a cultural center. This new cultural center would become the catalyst for a further reaching redevelopment initiative to be undertaken by the city of Havre de Grace. While uncommon, the feasibility study was to include business consultants and specific vendors capable of providing a complete list of probable cost including operational costs, business development schematics, as well as define revenue sources. Also included in the study were design concepts to support and enrich the business ideas generated. All of these items were combined into a complete city initiative package.
