St. Michaels Town Office
MW Studios won a competitive bid from the Town of St. Michaels, Maryland, to design a replacement building for their town hall. The 5,900 SF two-story new construction building will be located on a separate 1/4 acre site in historic, downtown St. Michaels, and is subject to Historic District architectural requirements. The new building will house a 100-seat meeting room, administrative offices, and support spaces.
