We are currently seeking to hire:

Project Architect/Managers: Responsible for the oversight of project management from design through construction as both team leader and individual; development of design and contract documents utilizing Revit; development of specifications; Construction Administration; conducting client meetings; management of project schedule and budget; coordination and management of all disciplines/consultants; strong understanding of IBC, NFPA 101, ADA and other applicable building codes & standards. The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of professional experience; ability to manage an architectural design team consisting of 1-3 persons during design and production; ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects, ability to lead design process with clients and consultants; strong social, verbal and graphical communication skills; demonstrates fluency with the use of Photoshop, InDesign, Revit, and Sketchup; ability to work in a lively, collaborative, open environment; experience with Fire-Rescue, Police and Community projects a plus.

Assistant Project Manager and Intern Architect: Responsible for working as part of a team to develop design and construction documents; tasks include producing rendered floor plans and 3D images for projects; manage small projects ans specific design tasks under the supervision of senior staff. The ideal candidates will have an education in architecture (2 year, 4 year or Professional degree); The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years experience; an understanding of commercial materials and methods utilized in mid-Atlantic building construction; fluency with Autodesk Revit and strong skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Revit and Sketchup; strong portfolio demonstrating written and graphical communication skills; the ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects at various phases.

Assistant Construction Administrators: Responsible for working alongside our lead construction administrator and design teams to coordinate projects during construction.  Tasks include assisting in the review of submittals, shop drawings, RFI’s, Change Order Requests, logging information, document construction progress, developing meeting minutes, and working regularly with General Contractors including site visits to execute the completion of a project.  The ideal candidates will have excellent organizational skills, personal skills and attention to detail.  Fluency with Bluebeam (or other PDF Software), Excel, and Word is required.  Construction Experience, Formal Education in Construction Management or Architecture, or Trade School is preferred.
