Rosedale Baptist School

Rosedale Baptist School is looking to expand into a new early-learning facility with an attached gymnasium and high school. The 12,000 SF single-story Day Care Center will feature care for over 80 children ages infant to four, administrative and waiting spaces, and ample outdoor play space. The main entrance is protected by a freestanding canopy and opens to a light-filled lobby space that serves as the anteroom for the gymnasium. The 10,000 SF multi-purpose gymnasium boasts multiple sports courts, digital scoreboards, and a full-size stage for performing arts or school assemblies. The high school, which will be built in a future phase, will feature 10 classrooms, a multi-purpose room, laboratories, and even a “club” room for the students. A full commercial kitchen, locker rooms, and an audio/visual suite complete the gymnasium in the second phase. The school will provide the students with an environment for learning as well as athletics and performing arts.
