Harford County Administrative Building
The Harford County Government Administration Building is a three-story, 28,000 SF structure originally built in the late 1950’s. Space planning within the building had been haphazardly conducted over the course of the County’s growth, which resulted in a high degree of inefficiency and numerous life safety challenges. MW Studios was responsible for the complete renovation of the County Administration Building with the specific purpose of revitalizing the space to optimize government efficiency and fully remediating life safety issues. Multiple departments, including Planning and Zoning, Permits and Inspections, Treasury, Human Resources, and Executive Branch were organized for optimal performance. The project has saved the County a minimum of $250,000 in operating expenses per year.
