Rosedale Christian School

Our client, Rosedale Baptist Church, tapped MW Studios to complete a second project at their White Marsh Campus—WMC2. They wanted to create a new K-8 private Christian school, Rosedale Christian Academy, by renovating and converting a portion of a 36,000 SF ‘flex’ commercial office building.

The new Christian school in Rosedale includes 21 classrooms, renovated bathroom spaces, administrative spaces, and a 3,000 SF multi-purpose room. The school received new walls, partitions, floors, ceilings, finishes, and equipment. It also has a completely new LED lighting fixture package and HVAC. By repurposing the existing building, MW Studios could “fast-track” the design and permitting process. This resulted in significant cost savings and project delivery within the client’s compressed timeline.
